2 try to engage more yourself into outdoor activities
3 following some kind of good habit.
4 having a scheduled day
5 trying new things daily
6 always try to keep yourself busy
7 never give anyone chance to be angry on you
8 try to incultivate the habit of forgiving
9 spending 10 to 15 minutes daily in breathing exercise
10 have the quality of being patient

We can surely overcome our anger if we try to follow this tips . It's difficult to overcome anger in one day it will take time but one day we will surely overcome our anger.
