We cannot remove mobile addiction in one day but it takes time but if we have faith in ourself then we can surely overcome the mobile addiction . Following are some ways through which we can overcome our mobile addiction:-

1. Keep your mobile at silent when you are doing any work
2. Set a particular time to use mobile
3. Engage yourself in other activities instead of using mobile
4. Delete all the apps that distract you the most
5. Spend only 3 hours to use mobile phone daily
6. Switch off the notification when you do any work

Following this things will allow you to overcome the mobile addiction it will take time but one day it will surely happen
